To use s9s9, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
s9s9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You will be required to submit government-issued identification (such as your Indonesian National Identity Card or KTP), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of registration will be restricted, and withdrawal requests will be declined until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full liability for all transactions, wagers, and withdrawals made. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify s9s9 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Important: s9s9 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent s9s9.
s9s9 accepts deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though in rare cases processing may take up to fifteen (15) minutes depending on your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of three (3) minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB), and up to sixty (60) minutes during overnight hours (00:00–08:00 WIB). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. s9s9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified s9s9 account details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per twenty-four (24) hour period. VIP members enjoy elevated withdrawal limits based on their tier status as outlined in the s9s9 VIP Program. Limits reset daily at 00:00 WIB.
s9s9 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Bonuses are available only to verified accounts in good standing. s9s9 reserves the right to exclude any user from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, particularly where abuse, fraud, or bonus hunting behavior is suspected.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted). s9s9 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage betting, and exploitation of technical errors. Any user found to be abusing bonuses will have their account immediately suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any associated winnings voided. s9s9 reserves the right to void all wagers and close accounts permanently in cases of proven bonus abuse.
Online gambling is restricted to adults aged twenty-one (21) years or older in Indonesia. s9s9 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. We verify age during the KYC process and employ ongoing monitoring to detect and prevent access by minors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your wager details (event, selection, stake amount) before confirmation. s9s9 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed on events with incorrect odds due to technical glitches, bets placed after an event has commenced (except for explicitly designated live betting markets), or bets accepted in violation of these Terms.

Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9s9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. s9s9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with s9s9 is to cease using the platform. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s9s9 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from your use of s9s9 shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact s9s9 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication with our support team.
s9s9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the s9s9 website. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform.
s9s9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, underage gambling, or abusive behavior toward staff. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, pending wagers, or amounts owed to s9s9, provided your account is in good standing and fully verified.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are typically processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Self-excluded accounts cannot be voluntarily reopened during the exclusion period.
